My Battle Against Vaccines… so far

13 Jun

My name is Sean Niemi and until April 2nd, 2012 I was a Combat Medic with the United States Army. I served Honorably and Proudly for almost 7 years through 27 months worth of 2 Combat deployments. Iraq in 2006-2007 and Afghanistan in 2009.

Throughout my time in the Army, I have endured many things and situations that I would never wish upon my fellow man. I have experienced things that brought me nightmares, caused sheer terror, and will stay with me for the rest of my life. These things are many times, the unfortunate side effects of war and are often as unavoidable by those involved as they are unimaginable by those not involved. One of the things that most haunts me from my time in the US Army is something that not only was avoidable but was, in my opinion, deliberate.

The end of my Military career came almost a year and a half earlier than I expected. I was preparing for an upcoming Combat Deployment (would have been my 3rd such deployment) when I decided that I was going to exercise my right to choose to not be vaccinated in accordance with current Army regulations. I had been wrestling with the decision for years at that point and decided that it was time to speak up and submit my Religious Exemption request. Almost immediately, I was told by CPT Michael Repasky and 1SG Michael Gately that no such exemption existed and that I was in violation of Army regulations regarding deployment readiness. I was told to take some time to research my options and come back with a decision as to what I wanted to do after the Christmas Holiday block leave time. I took that time to locate the exact Army Regulation that dealt with such exemption requests. AR 40-562 entitled “Immunizations and Chemoprophylaxis” stated that I did, indeed have the right to request exemption from immunizations, vaccines and any other medical treatment that ran counter to my religious beliefs.

When I presented this evidence to my Chain of Command, I was told that it didn’t apply due to the upcoming deployment but that CPT Repasky and 1SG Gately would follow the guidance laid out in the regulation regarding how to handle my request. From that point on, I was regularly ridiculed, spoken down to, passed over for promotions and awards and, on at least one occasion, threatened with violence to myself and another fellow medic by none other than the Unit Commander, CPT Michael Repasky. The threat took the form of CPT Repasky saying that he wishes he could take myself and the other medic, lock us in a wall-locker and throw in a live grenade with the pin pulled. I understand frustration and that CPT Repasky has stated after the fact that he was just “blowing off steam” and it was “just a joke”, but, fratricide is nothing to be taken lightly or joked about. It was this type of toxic leadership that I believe permeated the Unit and was the driving influence in CPT Repasky’s decision to reject my exemption request and subsequently order me to get all necessary vaccines and immunizations required for deployment (which, incidentally, consisted of an influenza mist inhaler and a yearly Anthrax booster shot). When I respectfully refused that order due to the fact that I firmly believed it to be an unlawful and immoral order that undermined my Constitutionally protected religious rights I was informed that I would be facing UCMJ punishment effective immediately (which could consist of as much as 1 year in Military Prison, Dishonorable Discharge and a Felony Conviction on my record).

I decided that I would not give up my fight for my personal rights. After more than 1 year of Court Martial proceedings, multiple depositions, and countless motions submitted by the Military Prosecutors and my Defense team I was finally Honorably discharged by order of the Secretary of the Army, HON John McHugh with most of my Veteran’s benefits intact on the grounds that the US Army could not accommodate my religious practices and as such I did not meet the needs of the Army. In the process of being discharged I was denied recertification of my National Registry EMT license to practice medicine in a civilian setting even though I met all necessary recertification criteria. Due to this I now find myself without work, without a valid license to do the work that I am trained for and love.

As a result of what I see as CPT Repasky’s toxic and negligent leadership I have endured distrust, name-calling, ridicule, career assassination, the threat of a possible felony conviction with 1 year of Military prison time, unimaginable stress put upon my family and on at least one occasion… death threats. This is not the Army I signed up to be a part of. The oath that I, and every Service member, took does not include anywhere in the wording that I would give up ANY of the constitutionally guaranteed rights that I vowed to uphold and defend. Nor does it mention that I should expect to be ostracized and threatened by the very “Brothers in Arms” that I would be facing immediate danger with daily during deployments to combat zones around the world.

Thinking back on all that has happened; I cherish my time in the US Army. The true lifelong friendships I’ve made. The unique experiences I’ve had. The many lives I have touched and have touched me in a positive way. Even all of the trials and tribulations during the past many months… I wouldn’t change a thing. I only pray that my battle of forced immunizations vs personal religious rights would turn out to be an example that there are people out there willing to fight for what is right. Brave men and women willing to risk it all to stand up for what they believe in regardless of the possible potential cost.

I ask for nothing more than to be inspiration for those parents struggling with the decision whether to give in to public opinion or to stick with their convictions regarding immunizing their children. That healthcare provider that just doesn’t agree with mandatory vaccinations of otherwise healthy individuals to perhaps protect them against something that they may or may not possibly contract at some unforeseen future time if the vaccines they are administering actually work as advertised and don’t actually do more harm than good. An example that the individual CAN defeat the legion when they have the truth on their side.  Proof that one man CAN make a difference, even against an all encompassing, all-powerful entity such as the US military when he is just willing to be the difference maker.

I would like to thank everyone that expressed support for the cause throughout this trying time but specifically I would like to thank first and foremost my wonderful wife, Sherrie. Without her encouragement and support I don’t think I would have been able to do this. Also, my Defense Council Team consisting of Miss Patricia Finn and an appointed Military Defense Counsel, whom I would have been simply lost without and would never have been able to navigate all the legal ins and outs. Miss Finn was a constant unshakeable source of encouragement and fire to keep fighting because I had the truth on my side. To the rest of my friends, family, and social media contacts…  thank you for all the words of encouragement and support. The fight is not done, and neither am I.

So glad to see you stuck up for your rights as a human being. Yes you have the truth on your side but unfortunately many of us are in the know but choose out of scaredness to take the chance and give in to social bulliness of vaccinating and hope for the best but in most cases its a game of roulet whether your severely vaccine damaged or mildly damaged. Remember the many doctors who insist on vaccination wouldn’t even vaccinate their own children or themselves – now think about that one. 🙂

Maybe you should of said it was your Muslim religious belief not to be vaccinated, us Aussies give in to Muslims and their wants all the time, the military would of given in and let you have your way without a wasteless fight.

I admire you for standing up for yourself and your beliefs, while facing such strong opposition and seemingly insurmountable odds. I hope you will be able to get back into the health field and find a job you love.

An inspiring story. It’s hard to believe that you had to endure this type of treatment for standing up for your rights. It is because of people like you that the message will spread and we will make a difference in helping people understand the risks involved with vaccines. Thank you.

I’m 100% behind you on this – You’ve done the right thing, standing up for your rights and for our rights. After all, it’s what you were out there serving our country for as well!

At least, that’s what soldiers are TOLD they are fighting for.

I am sorry you had to endure such harrasment but I AM SO PROUD that there are people like you the are willing to stand tall in the face of severe adversity and say…..NO. NO. NO. no poison for me. Thank you.

  7. Feli June 13, 2012 at 12:35 pm #

Congrats for being so brave and standing up for what you believe!!! It’s really tragic that – in the USA – one only has the “right” to refuse vaccination on religious grounds. I have to say I am so grateful that I live in Germany and here vaccination is NOT mandatory! In a real democracy everyone should have the right to decide for his own health!
I have a 4 year old son who is (and will stay!) unvaccinated!!! Unfortunately, I was vaccinated as a child (I spent my first 22 years in Romania) and at the age of 5 Hedeveloped tuberculosis right after I had been vaccinated against it (!!!). Also, I had so many health problems in my childhood (chronic rhinitis at the age of 10, colds and infections 5-6 times a year etc.)
My son is the healthiest child I know at his age (I am conducting my own “private study” among friends and acquaintances), usually when we get ill I feel bad for 2 weeks and he gets better after 6 days!! His immune system is a miracle, thank God!! He is the only one who never had stomach bugs, ear infections, pus in the nose, he never vomited, never had diarrhoea, never had constipation, the only one who never took antibiotics and so on. :-))
Keep fighting, the more voices oppose this stupid system the better!!!

    • Michelle July 4, 2012 at 5:48 pm #

UN-vaccinated children are By FAR the healthiest beings on the planet, I myself am UN-vaccinated and am the parent of 3 of the healthiest kids (16, 18 and 21 years of age) known to anyone…keep up your excellent parenting!

Thank you so much, Michelle for your words of encouragement. I have to give my wife ALL the credit. She has always been my biggest supporter and without her, NONE of this would be happening.

The world needs people like you and I’m full of admiration. I’m also extremely disappointed with the US Army – what has happened to the land of the free??

    • vaccinebattles June 13, 2012 at 2:11 pm #

The land of the free is currently being outsourced to Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Darfur and several other 3rd world and underdeveloped nations… by force. But that’s a different blog topic altogether.

Hello Sean, what an amazing story!! You should be so proud of yourself! Wow, they must have something to hide if you are getting death threats for refusing vaccines…I mean, they say you are supposed to get vaccinated to preserve your life, yet they threaten to take your life if you refuse. Makes no sense. Could I please put part of your story on my website, http://www.vaccineriskawareness.com?

      • vaccinebattles June 13, 2012 at 6:18 pm #

That would be fine, just do not post anything that reveals anyone’s name other than my own. Keep yourself sheltered from any possible future storms. Thank you for the interest.

“Military men are dumb and stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy.”
        Henry Kissinger

The question arises whether Henry is a despicable cynic or an astute observer.

As an Army veteran myself, I have often wondered what poisons were pumped into my body. I am convinced that at least one of my auto-immune diseases were triggered by a vaccine. My 4 children are now vax free and I am relieved that I’ve done enough educated research to make that decision. I applaud you for standing your ground and fighting for what should be the right of every military man and woman. The military is willingly blind as our government is though. But we can only help that stories like yours can increase awareness. God Bless.

I think there is a bit missing in the middle vaccinebattles.

      • vaccinebattles June 13, 2012 at 11:56 pm #

What? I don’t take your meaning on this one, Erwin.

      • AnnPC July 9, 2012 at 3:45 pm #

Have you read the book Vaccine A by Gary Matsumoto? Fascinating read for anyone, but particularly a military man.

I was vaccine injured when I was 28. I was on my doctoral internship and told to take the Hep B vaccine. My internship was 1 year and it took 6 months to finish the series. I developed several reactions Guillain Barre Syndrome and autoimmune disease.

Sorry for your troubles, but I am glad you got out before you were permanently damaged or killed by the vaccines.

    • Erwin Alber June 14, 2012 at 12:01 am #

“The military is willingly blind as our government is”

I disagree on this one. I think the military and the government are both willingly evil, because they are being used as instruments of and by evil, It’s therefore in my opinion not a case of “may God forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing!”, but rather a case of “May God forgive them even though they know what they are doing.”

      • vaccinebattles June 14, 2012 at 12:06 am #

I’d have to disagree partially, Erwin… as I have been there, done that. The rank and file soldier doesn’t have the slightest clue why 99% of the things they are doing are being done. They only know what they are told. It’s true most of what they are told is lies or half-truths, at best, but the individual soldier should not be held accountable for decisions that he was unaware of until he was accused of knowing about them.

      • vaccinebattles June 14, 2012 at 12:44 am #

It’s unfortunate that many soldiers are to self-centered and lazy like many Americans to even care what the real fight is about; if and when one does find out the truth, well that’s the real test. I like the way you think Erwin, although I can see my husbands point of view.

~BLESS YOUR BRAVERY AND CONTINUED EFFORTS SEAN NIEMI FOR TAKING A STAND THAT IS NOT ONLY FOR BENEFIT OF YOU, BUT BENEFIT OF ALL OTHERS NOW, AND THOSE TO COME AFTER~
I WHOLLY support and stand-by you,as not a Soldier willing to do all for your Country and Fellow-Man, but as myself a Civilian knowing your fight for yours and my Rights as Americans is at stake when your Constitutional Freedoms are being not only called in to question but Systematically STOMPED on by a Foolish “Commander” CPT Repasky and 1SG Gately…SHAME ON THEM for not upholding the Rights for which you have FOUGHT and others NOW and BEFORE you have FOUGHT!
What I will say is I am so very happy I helped my Son along the way with his decision to turn down the Air Force Academy when they came calling and offering a Scholarship to the Academy in exchange for his Football Playing Skills…My children ARE and will REMAIN 100% Vaccine-Free per our Rights as American Citizens to Freely Decide what is done to our bodies…SHAME ON YOU REPASKY AND GATELY AND ANYONE INVOLVED IN FORCING THEIR BELIEFS UPON AN UPSTANDING MAN SUCH AS YOURSELF…SHAME ON OUR GOVERNMENT FOR NOT BACKING YOU… TRYING TO FORCE YOU TO DO SOMETHING AGAINST YOUR PHILOSOPHICAL AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS! What level has OUR Country, “The Land of the Free”, lowered itself? The name Dr. J.R.MENGELE comes to mind.
Keep Fighting the Fine Fight Sean Niemi..You are a Man among Men, Wholly Deserving of Greatest Respect.

    • Feli July 5, 2012 at 9:00 am #

Sean, if you can, sue them in order to obtain the recertification of your LEGALLY EARNED National Registry EMT license to practice medicine in a civilian setting!! They shouldn’t be let to get away with this blatant discrimination!!!

      • vaccinebattles July 5, 2012 at 11:41 am #

Unfortunately, I cannot sue the Army due to fine print in my enlistment contract. The National Registry would be found “Not at fault” due to the fact that they updated everything they got. Someone at the military medical training school didn’t update something. I’m currently working this issue from a slightly different angle. I have contacted the Secretary of the Army and my former Unit’s Commanding General. We’ll see what happens from there. Thanks for the support. Have a wonderful day. ~Sean~

    • vaccinebattles July 6, 2012 at 5:24 am #

Michelle, don’t let my husband fool you. He is the one that took the stand and that takes a man of great courage.

  11. John S. July 6, 2012 at 9:29 pm #

Ok….two questions….1) did you initially take same stance based on religion with earlier innoculations in the military?, and 2) as a scenario, would you not self administer injections for apntropine or 2-PAM Chloride if exposed to agents? Actually, a third would be if you feel that your religious beliefs then interfered with your ability to care for fellow soldiers/patients?

    • vaccinebattles July 6, 2012 at 9:50 pm #

In answer to your questions, John. 1) I had taken a similar stance earlier in my military career. 2) Administering life saving TREATMENTS after an injury/illness is different than introducing poisons, live viruses and (in some cases) aborted fetal tissue into an otherwise healthy individual that still has the capabilities to fight off infection with the immune system God gave him. 3) I never let my beliefs get in the way of my job. I would always try to educate my soldiers as to the RIGHT way to do things (improved hygiene, diet, nutrition, and exercise go a LONG way in staying healthy). When confronted with the apparent contradiction I simply replied that my job is to keep my soldiers healthy by the most effective means at my disposal. 99% of the time, most illnesses are a direct result of poor hygiene, diet, nutrition and/or exercise. I appreciate your interest. Have a wonderful weekend. ~Sean~

My son had a horrific reaction to a set of vaccines in 1994. He lives as a disabled young adult with mental impairments, presently. He needs help with so many areas of life. Americans need to have the right to choose what is injected into their bodies, especially when those injections carry risks. Real risks, that some Americans have lost quality of life, or life itself to. Awesome job in the vaccine choice battle. Thank you for serving our country and protecting my freedom!

      • Nancy July 9, 2012 at 3:41 pm #

Would you mind sharing the exact language and placement of this religious exemption? I have always been under the impression that you could only opt out of vaccines PRIOR to enlisting. If this is true, it is incredibly important information Thank you and bless you for your bravery.

      • vaccinebattles July 9, 2012 at 4:34 pm #

The exemption is buried within AR 40-562 in Chapter 2-6 Exemptions. Any other questions, feel free to ask. I will help however I can.

      • Nancy July 9, 2012 at 4:57 pm #

Thank you. I will see if I can find it, but if you have a link handy, that would be great. I am asked about this all the time and our standard response has been to send them a link (which is suddenly no longer working) that shows they must have the exemption in place before enlisting, so this is very good information to have. Thanks again

      • Nancy July 9, 2012 at 5:07 pm #

        I found it! http://www.vaccines.mil/documents/969r40_562.pdf “(3) Religious.
        (a) For Service personnel, immunization exemptions for religious reasons may be granted according to Service–
specific policies to accommodate doctrinal religious beliefs. This is a command decision made with medical and
        chaplain advice.
        1. Requests for religious exemption must include name, rank, social security number (SSN), occupational specialty
code or branch, and a description of the religious tenet or belief contrary to immunization. Army: (see AR 600–20,
para 5–6). Air Force: Permanent exemptions for religious reasons will not be granted. The major command (MAJCOM)
commander is the designated approval and revocation authority for temporary immunization exemptions. Coast
Guard: CG–122 is the designated approval and revocation authority for temporary immunization exemptions.
        2. A military physician must counsel the applicant. The physician should ensure that the Service personnel is
        making an informed decision and should address, at a minimum, specific information about the diseases concerned;
specific vaccine information including product constituents, benefits, and risks; and potential risks of infection incurred
        by unimmunized individuals.
        3. The commander must counsel the individual and recommend approval or denial of the exemption request, by
endorsement. The commander must counsel that noncompliance with immunization requirements may adversely impact
deployability, assignment, or international travel, and that the exemption may be revoked under imminent risk
conditions. The commander, in making his or her recommendation, should consider the potential impact on the
individual, the unit, and the mission.
        4. Forward exemption requests through command channels to the respective Service approval authority for decision.
Individuals with active requests for religious exemption are temporarily deferred from immunizations pending outcome
of their request. For USCG, forward through appropriate chain to G–WPM, via CG–1121.”

I take off my hat to you. You have heard the wisdom of inuition and listened to it. I also heard that after my first child was born. None of my children are vaxxed and are totally healthy, not even as much as an ear infection between them. You keep fighting your fight sir, and remember what Ghandi said “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win”. You, we, WILL win this one.

  16. Matt July 10, 2012 at 11:16 am #

Hey, brother. First off, thanks for your service and especially for standing up for your rights. I hated to read that all the events went down like they did. It is ignorance that leads to this. I’m a SSG currently on active duty. I have been blessed with great leadership that was open to understanding my needs. I’ve not had to get any vaccine, to include the flu vaccine, since 2004. Until last year, I wasn’t aware of the regulations of such and neither was my chain of commmand. However, they still let me know be exempt under the assumption that surely I could be exempt for religious reasons. The higher ups past my leadership kept tightening the screws around the issue last year, and that’s when I started researching. I was able to find the regulations and have them signed off on. I’m good for now, but it isn’t a certainty for my career. From my understanding, every commander has to sign off on it, so my future commanders may not agree.

Again, thank you for your service and for standing up for your rights. Too often it is misunderstood within the military that we gave up our rights the day we raised our right hand, but that doesn’t make sense. Why would anyone assume that we give up the constitutional rights that we swear to defend? That makes no sense at all.

    • vaccinebattles July 10, 2012 at 12:07 pm #

Thank you for the supportive words, SSG. I just wish everyone had good leadership like you do. Remember those of us that didn’t when you pin on your diamond in a few years. Good luck, brother.

Proud of you for standing up for what you believe in! We personally do not vaccinate ourselves or our children and we are healthier than any other family I know

  18. Kerri July 10, 2012 at 12:51 pm #

First of all, thank you for your service to your country that you were able to complete. Secondly, good for you for sticking to what you believe. I myself was a street medic for 9 yrs, completely vaccinated even did hep b twice. When I was pregnant and found out that the only titer I was positive for was chicken pox that I had had as a child, I decided I was done with vaccines for myself and am considered a non converter. After losing a 4 month old very shortly after her 4 month vaccinations, I have decided to not vaccinate my subsequent child whom is now 3 and healthy as a horse. It’s a very hard decision to make and one I am lucky that most people in my family have accepted. It takes enormous strength and fortitude to stand up to your family. I can’t even begin to imagine the toll it would take on a person going through what you had to. You sir, are an inspiration.

  19. Delaney July 10, 2012 at 1:49 pm #

I had a similar experience with the national guard. I ended up getting out with a general administrative discharge with a 3 year bar to reenlistment. The NCO corps took care of me while the officers tried to hang me. I am sure it would have been more difficult in an active duty position. as is I am one enlistment short of a 20 year retirement and no ability to finish without getting small pox and anthrax. one of my friends just deployed to afghanistan and he reports that a pharma company was in the shot line offering $50 to anyone that would take their experimental vaccine. I guess thats a step in the right direction in the sense that there is consent involved but I wouldn’t call it informed consent. When I dealt with this both small pox and anthrax vaccines were experimental and untested on humans. I was supposed to be a guinea pig without my consent. I just happened to be a newly graduated Chiropractor that knew the truth.

    • vaccinebattles July 10, 2012 at 2:40 pm #

I appreciate your service and sharing your story with me. I would check into AR 40-562 and see if there is something about Guard/Reserve Component exemptions. I’m sure if you were to re-up for Active Duty with choice of Duty Station you could *PROBABLY* pick a non-deployable unit or something along those lines. Smallpox (it’s actually Cowpox that is injected) is only “mandatory” if a SM is about to deploy. Anthrax is voluntary, as of a couple months ago. But, of course, that changes every 6 months or so. Good luck. Keep me posted how things turn out for you.

Thank you Sean for coming fourth with your story. I am sorry for what you and your family had to endure. You did the right thing, standing for your beliefs. It is them, that will have to answer for their actions to their higher power. My oldest daughter was vaxed up until 18months. Then she had a bad side effect. I then did my researched and learned I did have a choice. Keep doing what you are doing hun.

Thank you for the supportive words. I am very sorry for your trying time with your daughter’s vaccine-related injury. It still amazes me how big Pharma, the FDA, CDC and mainstream medical can whole-heartedly claim these poisons are safe for use in humans. If you would ever like to share more of your story, please feel free. In the meantime, check out a friend’s Facebook page… http://www.facebook.com/pages/Vaccination-Information-Network-VINE/69667273997. He is a veritable wealth of good information on all things health and vaccine related. Peace be with you.

I have yet to become public about my anti-vaccination stance as I’m going to be fighting for custody of my son soon, but I did want to give you a pat on the back for standing up for your rights. Thanks so much for serving & for undergoing & sharing what you have! One day, the American public’s eyes will be opened to the dangers of mass vaccinations with no regard to age or weight or even necessity. Until then, keep up the good fight & please know that you are supported in this endeavor!!!!

And I’m just curious, as I haven’t had time to read all the comments I don’t know if you’ve answered this, but what religion do you practice? I’m Christian – the conservative side of ind. fund. baptist.

I’m sorry you’ve had to put up with so much dishonor from the very country you wanted to defend. 😦

Thank you for the supportive words and for sharing your story. I am a Non-Denom Christian. I understand the stress and anxiety of being under the Family Court microscope… if you need any advice on how to handle situations that arise from that, please feel free to ask. My wife is pretty much an expert in that field. Have a wonderful day, and peace be with you. ~Sean~

As a parent of a vaccine injured child, I commend you for your fight to preserve your right. It is deplorable that our soldiers are not afforded the very rights they fight to maintain for this country. The military vaccine program is one of experimentation and forced vaccination. It’s not right. As a parents I fight to maintain the freedom not to vaccinate my child and cause him more damage. In my years of treating my son’s damage I have come in contact with many former military that are now sick from these vaccines. If they insist on vaccinated military, especially for vaccines they have already had repeatedly, they need to allow an exemption. Vaccines are destroying our future young men with 1 in 6 autism rates. If the government does not wake up soon to the truth about vaccine damage, they will have no army to fight their wars.
You deserve a metal for all you have done and you have my utmost respect for your courage to stand up to this and your service to this country!

Thank you so much for sharing your story here. I am truly saddened that anyone would have to go through anything like what you have described. Keep fighting and peace be with you.

This is so great, I’m a mother of 3 unvaxed kids and I know how it feels to be judged, ridiculed and rejected over it. I hope you win your battle, I will be praying for you!

Thank you for the support. We also have 3 unvaxed children. This is why people like us need to stick together. Know your rights. Check your local laws for religious exemptions and philosophical exemptions. It’s unfortunate that we have to go through all this for standing up for the truth and what is right. Peace be with you.

Behind every good man is a great woman. Good for you both for standing up for what you believe in. Too many go with the flow and pay the price later. Your words are inspiring.

I like to think the wifey and kiddies are the source of any and all great things I may do. Without them I would probably not have the drive or determination to keep fighting. I like to think of myself as a “warrior” but a warrior without a cause is just a violent jerk. I think you take my meaning even if that may have sounded a bit odd. Peace be with you.

Thank you soo much for your blog entry!! SO great to see someone in the military fighting for what is right- the CHOICE to vaccinate. I love your blog and will pass this info along to others.

I served in the U.S. Navy for 3.5 years, and was separated early thanks to the same sort of toxic leadership you experienced in the Army, though not for the same “offense.”

I admire you for standing up for yourself the way I always wanted to when I was required to get my vaccinations, and I appreciate that you took the time to share it with the world like this.

It disgusts me to hear tales like this, especially considering all the things we sacrifice and all we have to deal with in the service of our country.

I hope all is well for you and your family.

Sean, I am so proud that you stood up for your rights! It takes a great deal of courage to defy the military bullies who will not comply with Army Regulations on the books. You are an inspiration! Thank you for your service, both in the military and in the fight for vaccination awareness and refusal rights. After doing extensive research, I decided to stop vaccinating my 3 children and am spreading the word to parents of school children that we do have a CHOICE to vaccinate ourselves and our kids. “No shots, no school, not true!” is the message I am spreading. I have been using a healthy diet and essential oils to keep my family healthy. God bless you and please keep up this great work. You are a David fighting the great Goliath. -Marcia L., US Army OIF Veteran 2003-04

Our son is bullied by a Pediatrician because he refuses to vaccinate our two grandsons. The horrors of vaccines began in the 1800s and still continues today. CDC makes $trillions on vaccines. Doctors and military make $millions; no wonder they enforce vaccines. VICP is a “no-fault” alternative to the traditional tort system for resolving vaccine injury claims that pay max. $250,000 to people injured by vaccines. If vaccines work and are safe, why do we need VICP.

Until physicians and the military can prove that each vaccine is 100% safe; 100% effective; 100% free of all harmful additives (mercury [thimerosal], formaldehyde, aluminum, animal brains/kidneys, aborted fetuses, etc.) and take full financial responsibility to any/all damage caused by vaccines, then I will continue to advocate against vaccines. There is a plethora of information on the damage of vaccines
(now 38 vaccines vs. 10 when I was a kid). To force vaccines on anyone is evil, controlling and manipulative. When will the military and health arena get educated?
